Silverman Construction Program Management In 2001, Carnet began a comprehensive review of Silverman’s message and visual identity, beginning with opinion research among the firm’s clients and competitors. The result was a comprehensive public relations and marketing plan that included revising the corporate message, remaking the firm’s visual identity and improving the quality, purpose and focus of its collateral materials. Carnet began with an overhaul of the firm’s qualifications package, used in presentations to new clients and then moved to a complete re-design of the firm’s website. Along the way, Carnet developed a plan and design for incorporating direct mail to Silverman clients, an e-news marketing program, and the creation of the firm’s first-ever color brochure “Look Around”. Carnet is considered by Silverman to be a strategic design partner in its overall marketing program. We have participated in planning and staging milestone events in Silverman’s history, including its 10th anniversary celebration and the design and development of its corporate presence at the office level, part of the unique visual identity that Silverman has become known for. The Silverman visual identity and marketing program has supported continuing growth in clients and earnings. It is an excellent example of a consistent, sustained effort that has been added to and built upon over multiple years. Its success is a credit to the vision of Arnie Silverman and his understanding of the value of long-term relationships with trusted advisors. |
